LCC Course Reopening Guidelines

GUIDELINES DEVELOPED BY THE CDC AND PENNSYLVANIA FOR GOLF

Golf play and Tee Time information- subject to change at any time

• Golf members, social members and guests will be permitted to play
• The Golf Course will be open Tuesday through Sunday (Weekdays & Weekends)
• The Golf Course will be completely closed to all members on Mondays until further notice
• Tee times will start at 8am (Weekdays & Weekends). All carts must be in by 7:30 pm
• ALL players must make a tee time. You can make a time online or call the Golf Shop
• There will be no group tee times nor any blocked off tee times for groups. If you make a tee time, it must be for no more than (4) players. Any pre-arranged or reserved group times during the week and weekend will be suspended until further notice
• No walk ups will be permitted
• Everyone must go off #1 tee. There will be no one starting on #10 or any other hole
• If you bring a guest, you must put his green fee and cart fee on your member account
• Time between tee times will be extended from 9 minutes to 15 minutes to ensure proper social distancing and minimize crowding prior to and following rounds
• All golfers must always maintain proper social distancing, this is mandatory, NO EXCEPTIONS
• No more than 4 players in a group
• No more than 1 person per cart even if you are cohabitating partners. First come, first serve basis
• There will be no sharing of golf carts; only 1 bag per cart. Only the person assigned the cart can use that cart
• Golf carts will be thoroughly sanitized before and after play
• CART PATH ONLY rules are in effect until further notice
• Staff will not come in contact with your personal belongings. Players will be responsible for carrying, loading, and unloading their bags
• Flags on the green will not be touched
• ONLY the restrooms in the clubhouse will be available and properly sanitized throughout the day
• Bottled water on the course and vending machines will not be available. Players are encouraged to bring their own water. Any outside food is not permitted
• Per PLCB no alcohol can be consumed on property at this time. There will be no six packs or other items sold to players. No congregating anywhere on property
• You MUST clean your cart out after play and dispose of everything in the garbage can by the Golf Shop. If your cart is not cleaned, your riding privileges may be suspended.

Golf Shop

• You must check in with the Golf Shop and we ask you to wear a mask
• No more than 4 people in the Golf Shop at one time
• Scorecards and pencils will be in the Golf Shop only (score posting will begin May 1- see Newsletter)
• If you are taking a cart, the Golf Shop will put a key in your cart once you check in
• If you walk 9 holes and want to ride the back 9, you must notify the Golf Shop before play and take a cart key with you. There will be a cart waiting for you on #10 with your name on it
• The Golf Shop reserves the right to close in the case of inclement weather or lack of tee times

Other

• Social distancing of six feet apart will be strictly enforced. If there is a group on the tee, the next group must wait on the putting green or in their car. If there is a group on the putting green, the next group must be by the front pillars or wait in their car. Finally, if there is a group by the pillars, you must wait in your car.
• The Range will remain closed until further notice

THESE GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES AS WE COULD BE SPOT CHECKED BY PA HEALTH COMPLIANCE
