Current Policies Regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic
Effective March 17 through March 31, 2020
The below is subject to change at any time
Golf
- The course will remain open normal hours with the following policies strictly enforced
- Only members will be permitted on the course; no guests
- Time between tee times will be extended from 8 minutes to 15 minutes to minimize crowding prior to and following rounds; please continue to practice the recommended steps by the CDC and keep six feet apart from fellow players
- No more than 4 players in the golf shop at a time; please refrain from touching merchandise
- No walk ups will be permitted at all; all players must make a tee time
- Social members may play only while carts are offered
- Carts will be available at 9 am Tuesday to Sunday and must be returned to the cart barn by 6 pm; carts will be sanitized prior to and following use; only one rider will be permitted per cart except for cohabitant players
- Staff will not come into contact with your personal belongings; players will be responsible for carrying, loading, and unloading their bags
- Leave flags in the holes at all times
- All restrooms, including those on the course will be closed
- Bottled water on the course and vending machines will not be available
- The Range will remain closed until further notice
- With limited course staff kept on during this time for agronomical care, their focus will be tee to green and prioritizing projects that a four-man crew can accomplish
- Per PLCB no alcohol can be consumed on property at this time, so there will be no six packs or other items sold to players
- Please retrieve or take your personal belongings with you, as we could be forced to close at any time
- The Pro Shop reserves the right close in the case of inclement weather or lack of tee times
Dining
- By order of Governor Wolf, dining in is not permitted for the next two weeks
- We will be offering take-out service with a limited menu from Wednesday to Saturday 11 am to 1:30 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm.
- Due to a PLCB exemption, until March 31st we are permitted to sell canned or bottled beer and wine bottles with a take-out order (not to be consumed on premises)
Other
- No cash or credit cards will be accepted; only member account
- Minimum requirements and policies will still be in effect
